Construction debris processing

The construction debris recycling process consists of four steps:

  • Separation – represents the separation of material that can no longer be used and the subsequent sorting of the material into brick, concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt and soil.
  • Breaking – this step determines the appropriate technique according to the type of processed raw material (e.g. crusher size)
  • Crushing – represents the fragmentation of the material into the required fraction of the crusher
  • Sorting – represents screening in accordance with the requirements of the final fractions (e.g. 0 – 8 mm, 8 – 32 mm, 32 – 63 mm)

For recycling, mobile versions of crushing and sorting devices are most often used, either wheeled or tracked.
