Fuel cycle of nuclear power plants

The Fuel Cycle of Nuclear Power Plants business group together with the subsidiary DMS s.r.o. provides comprehensive solutions in the field of the fuel cycle of nuclear power plants, from the supply of nuclear materials and fresh nuclear fuel to optimization studies of its use in the reactor and after its irradiation.

The supply of fuel cells for Czech and today even Slovak nuclear power plants has been one of the traditional activities of ALTA since its foundation.

Since 1995, ALTA has been the exclusive representative of the Russian company TVEL, a producer and supplier of nuclear fuel, in the territory of the Czech Republic and since 2010 also in the territory of Slovakia.

The group also cooperates on other projects within the Russian Federation and the EU.
